MEET KEVIN

New Leadership Delivering Results for Our Community

Kevins’ parents moved their family from Los Angeles to Ontario, California in the 80’s. Kevin is a Chino High graduate and multiple degree holder. He began working on his Masters in Social Work. Kevins’ BS in Business Management was instrumental in his success as an entrepreneur. He is self-employed and currently oversees pool restoration, limousine services, used car sales, and private security.

In 2022, after a lengthy conversation with Jennifer Hiramoto (Executive Director
Economic Development Agency), Kevin engaged members of his community for
support in passing Measure Q. The passage of “Q” has been instrumental in revitalizing
DeAnza Park, providing increased funding for public safety, infrastructure, and addressing the cities homelessness. “Q” will assist with additional first responder funding and making a greater Ontario. The passion of Director Hiramoto was contagious and led to Kevin working our county elections in 2023, as “every vote counts.” Kevin has performed a variety of duties within
our election process. These duties include, but are not limited to, Clerk, Assistant
Supervisor, and Supervisor during the 2024 Presidential elections.

As of March 2025, Kevin assumed the role of “Community Partner” on behalf of his neighbors in central Ontario. His focus remains on the growing unhoused population of Ontario, its associated costs to our environment, as well as ensuring commercial real estate owners maintain their properties and are held accountable. Kevin would like to see existing businesses receive incentives that lead to retention, expansion, and financial support for upgrades. Attracting
new businesses to the region, as well as fostering entrepreneurship, will
be key in growing a vibrant Ontario economy as the city continues to
expand.
With the introductions of the sports complex in south Ontario, as well as the future park. Kevin would like to see Ontario residents receive priority placement for employment at these venues.
